Hello
I am using Esign in my web application and try to run the application on IPad .
Via IPad I am trying to sign the Document by Esign Hand written signature Technique but I am not able to click on any of the button appearing on The Iframe .

Hi,
I've come across a situation where a signers signing status for a particular document does not get updated when the document is declined.
It can be reproduced as follows:
1. Create a package with 1 document and 1 signer.
2. Enter the signing ceremony and decline the document.

Hi ,
one of the client saw the message "Signed and all signatures are valid, but with unsigned changes after the last signature" in the Adobe, any idea what it means?

Hi,
I have looked at the REST API documentation (http://docs.e-signlive.com/mc/content/c_esignlive_integrator_s_guide/rest_api/packages.htm#) but it doesn't seem to have a REST API to retrieve a package from eSignLive say based on the package id
Can you please confirm on this and suggest alternate
