How to exclude Lock user from Signer/receipient search List - I am getting search result even if esign sender/account in Locked status? How can i make sure only Active status users list should be displayed and available for selection?

One of your competitors offers something they call a 'document markup feature' that allows signers to make changes to documents and negotiate changes during the signing process. Does OneSpan have any feature like this currently or is it on the roadmap?

I've noticed that HTML tags are removed instead of being encoded.
For example, the Signer opted out with a message:
Can't sign as there is a tag visible.
In the admin panel, there is a message:

Hello there,
I am trying to send two documents to be signed by the same person. so I am creating two document builders adding the email address to each one of them, but it keeps failing with the error that the email is already in use for this package.
