Email failed to deliver, but received OneSpan event as EMAIL_BOUNCE with message as "OOTO" instead of "BOUNCED""

Hi Team, Email failed to deliver to the Customer, but received EMAIL_BOUNCE event with message OOTO, which is incorrect in this case, it should send message as "BOUNCED" right? FYI,  Email messages after delivery fail

Hi What is the SilanisHeaderGlobalActions When are the SilanisHeaderGlobalActions displayed. I notice that the download button is displayed only after the signing ceremony is completed. Whatis the effect of setting saveAsLayout = true thanks mario

There is a customer who is currently troubleshooting a new button for a client of theirs that uses Silanis. The button initiates a new ESL document and is supposed to prepopulate some label and field values from Salesforce, but all the fields are coming in as blank.
Can the recipient of an email create a custom signature for documents?

Hello, I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request". I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.

Hi, We have eSignLive for both the web and mobile. We've noticed that loading the Signing Ceremony is taking a really long time to load, both in dev and production. Is there any performance update planned in the future? Thanks, Fernando
