Hi, We would like to integrate esign solution to our application, while creating the signer CreateSignerSessionToken, we want SMS authentication to be enabled in that session. Could you please advise how this can be achieved.
session timeout for mobile signing/login

by default, the session timeout for sender/signer is 30 minutes. it's working for desktop version, but it seems not working for mobile signing or sender login. is there any different setting other than default one?

Could I get someone to look at this package and help me understand why the signer got "Unauthorized Access: Failed to validate token"? The method that was used to generate the URL is run several times per day successfully but this one failed.

Hi,   Can you confirm if the xtenant_id in the header of the API should be the the same as the client_id in the JWT token? It seems to be preset as "Ford" in some of the APIs?   Thanks

I can't seem to get oAuth2 working so I'm wondering if anyone has.    All my attempts for token retrieval end in a 401 with an invalid_client response.    I'm sure my account is setup correctly and the values are being sent correctly in the auth call.

We allow users to click a sign button on a page that expires rather quickly (2 minutes) and it opens OneSpan in an external browser tab. Does OneSpan have a feature to ping an endpoint during the signing ceremony to keep the session alive on the source page?
