Guys, If we cancel a transaction that has a SMART Note attached to it, does the note get cancelled out of our vault as well or do we need to take steps and manually remove it?

Hi For the package id 3W4u7y3fgdBUMmSE0ZciFWdUzNo= , the disableDownloadForUncompletedPackage was set to false however I cannot see the download button during the signing ceremony Please see the attached screenshot. Thanks mario

I keep getting the attached error message.  When I wait and restart it's usually okay but it's painful that I can only do about 40 - 50 users at one time.

Hi, I've tried to fill fields with non-latin characters like łóźćżę, but the result in signed PDF is wrong (see attachment). Is there any way to enable UTF-8 for it?

Hi , one of the client saw the message "Signed and all signatures are valid, but with unsigned changes after the last signature" in the Adobe, any idea what it means? I attached the form for your investigation. thanks, Cindy
Unhandled Server Error when declining an e-sign transaction?

See the attached files below. I got a ticket saying that after the user declines an e-sign transaction the user sees an "unhandled server error" page. Is this supposed to happen? Or is some other page supposed to appear?

I have attached my JSON code. I need OneSpan to redirect to a success link if possible after signing. I did some searching and found that instead it would be a button to go to the success page but a redirect is preferred.

Hi.... I followed the instructions to copy the layout/templates from the Sandbox to Prod environment and received the message that they were successfully copied. However, when I log into the account in PROD, the layout/templates are not there. I have attached a screenshot of the message

Hi, I logged in my account and tried to delete some packages, but some of them seems can't be deleted (no trash bin icon). what's the cause for that? and how to delete it? please see my attached screenshot. thanks, Cindy
