I downloaded the copy tool then made the mistake of setting it to be opened with Acrobat. What should it be opened with? I have downloaded the JRE environment.  I have used this tool several times but this is a new laptop. Thanks for the help.

Hi, We are not sending the "hideCaptureText" as false in the request eventhogh we are receiving the signature with Date and Name after signed the document. Please let us know whether we can do Account Level settings for True/False for this feature if yes, please provide us the screenshot. Thanks,

We are successfully receiving EVENT NOTIFICATIONS on one of our service endpoints: name=PACKAGE_COMPLETE, sessionUser=xxx, packageId=rf3254trfdsdsa-K3PDEY=, message=null, documentId=null, createdDate=2019-08-07T14:14:58.508Z This works great. Unfortunately I can not find any informatio
