We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.
Unauthorized 401 error for CallBack Failure

We have registered Callback Event Notification on OneSpan Sign Web UI and Key is getting gernerated correctly. However, I am receiving below error on email as OneSpan Sign Sadnbox access is assigned to me only.

I have been using the .NET SDK solidly for about 6 weeks with no issue. My coworker mentioned 2 weeks ago that one day he suddenly could not create a signing package when he could the previous day.

When scanning CRONTO using onespan app, I keep getting error message "invalid activation parameters". The activation password used to create the CRONTO(Hex) was from an offlineMDL registration.
