Hi Forum members Where is it  defined the default page size for documents? Can the page size be assigned different values per account?

There are times where we want to merge the signing date but do not just want the tag to result in a blank space in the document. Docusign and other e-signature providers will pre-populate the current date when the signing ceremony is opened.

Hello, I'm having a hard time structuring my JSON payload to reflect what I want to appear in my package. The documents have already been merged with *MOST* data via another source, but I do need to add some information to one of the 3 documents being sent for signing.

I'm having trouble sending a PDF with text tags to the /api/packages endpoint. My PDF is sent as base-64 encoded, and that string is "pasted" into a document when it reaches my eSignLive account. I'd like for the string to be decoded, so that the new package contains a copy of my original PDF.

How would iframe behave in the case where there are multiple signers for a document(s)? Will the page we embed auto update (such as it does moving from one document to the next) for each person to apply their signatures?

I have a transaction I'm creating in C# based on using at template.  The consent agreement and document to be signed are in the template.  I can create the transaction from the template no problem, but once it's created i want to update the value of a label field that's in the first doc
