In the Audit Trail, when a signer accepts, in the "Other" column it has "Approval:" followed by a string. What is this string?

Can some help me out with this error message? The first signee had no issues but the second signee went to the package a day later to sign and then received an Access Denied. Is it possible there was some kind of timeout because they waited a day to sign? I didn't think tha

I am trying to set up a Service Rest connection from Pega to One Span.
The Service Rule was provided by One Span in OneSpanSample Ruleset. The Endpoint URL mentioned in the rule is :
