Hi, After signing ceremony, we have pdf file with signatures that is in general active pdf. In this active pdf, customers can view some legal properties that we do not expect in our application.

Hi, Is there some way that the in-person signing can take place if there is no connection available? Some of our sales people have encountered that in some areas they are trying to do a signing the connection is too slow/unstable or not able to connect at all.

I am creating a transaction with REST API . and i offer the ability to the user to use the designer in order to add signors and signatures. However, when the user tries to add recipient, the signing order attribute is set to ON automatically. Can that be disabled all the time ??

Is it possible to download the signed document and evidence summary PDF as a single PDF with the apex SDK?  Right now we get each file separately.  
Label field format changes after sign

For this form, we are seeing an unusual behavior.  Prior to signing, the values in a label field are appearing in a different format than after signature.  The line breaks are not being recognized before signing.

Team, I want to load two signing sessions for two users on the same browser. I have two silanis live urls (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken=user1SessionToken and https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken=user2SessionToken) and opened in two tabs of the chrome browser.
Hide admin name from signers list in designer view

When I open document in designer mode to add fields, My name (account holder name) is listed in signers select box. But I don't want my name in default. Is there any way to hide my name (Account holder name) from signers list, I am using MEAN and opening document in iframe.

Hi How can i find out from the object docs if a field is mandatory or optional. For example Firstname is mandatory for creating a signer , but the docs dont seem to indicate that it is.
