We use subaccounts and I can use the API to create and rename them.  Is there an API call to get the current email signature block and then assign a new block if needed.  This is the only branding I need to do at the subaccount level because everything else is inherited from our primary
Event Notification for email blocked

It seems that there is no event notification for when an email is blocked. Say an email is used multiple times for a signer and that email bounces. Eventually it gets caught by OneSpan and is now "blocked" if that email is again used for a signer.

Hi I am trying to CreatePackage and upload using Rest APIs. Below is my JSON String and attached is the PDF. This used to work in may 2017. Now the PDF file is getting flattened ignoring signature blocks. Are there any changes post may 2017 for JSON payout for CreatePackage and Upload.

Hello If a document has multiple signature blocks, on clicking the first signing block a popup appears to capture the signature and from the next signature block onwards it applies the captured signature to the signing block.
