Currently, we offer our customers a separate download service for signed-documents and evidence summary. Customers, however, want to receive a download to the Electronic Disclosure and Signature Consent.

We have different types of agreement documents and each type would require a certain content for the Electronic Disclosure Consent page. We're not able to use templates since each agreement has custom data that we pre-generate in the document.

Hi everyone, We are working to integrate OneSpan with Pega application in order to manage the Customer Digital Onboarding process.
I can't counter-sign the main Contract since the Customer did not sign the Rider

The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order. How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider?

Hello, I am using PHP REST API. First i create draft package, then upload form with data, and then publish it. But there is disclosure electronic signatures document get created.
