Hello, I have a package from esign I want to decline using my mobile, I can see the decline option but can not click ok button or able to write the decline reason. please advice. Thanks, Nehme

Based on eSign documentation and my testing, I didn't see an option for the user to decline on the mobile version. I only saw Opt-out. Is decline not an option for mobile? Thanks.

From the UI perspective, it feels like "opting out", and "declining" are the same thing. Can you please explain what is occurring behind the scenes in the application that makes these buttons different? Otherwise, we are inclined to disable one of the buttons. Thanks

Hi, I've come across a situation where a signers signing status for a particular document does not get updated when the document is declined. It can be reproduced as follows: 1. Create a package with 1 document and 1 signer. 2. Enter the signing ceremony and decline the document. 3.
