Hi, Recently, I tried us copy-tool v1.6.0 copy layouts from on-prem to CA sandbox account, and I got error (see attachment), any idea? but it's successful to copy template between on-prem and CA sandbox.   thanks, Cindy

I have 3 signers A, B and C. A is the sender. B and C are the other two signers. When defining the signer workflow, how can I specify B and C with same signing order 1, and then set A to signing order 2? We are using the On-Prem version 11.13.

Hi, I saw the post for email Message content length limit was 1024 back in 2017, is it still true for  our on-prem v11.25? if not, could you let me know the new limitation?   thanks, Cindy  
How InPerson Signing works in NSE

Hi, in our current on-prem v11.25, for InPerson signing, there is dropdown box for signers to choose who will sign. but same request to SaaS, I don't see the dropdown box anymore. where is the InPerson signing ceremony showed in NSE? thanks, Cindy

Hi, I tried to upload a document (attached) in the sender UI, it has error message as 'this document failed to upload and maybe locked'. but I tried it in the sandbox, and it's working fine.  
how to get approval id without api key

Hi, Is it possible to get approval id for the signer without API call? as API call required API key, and we don't want to expose the API key. 
500 Error creating package

Hey there, I've got some established code that is able to create packages consistently. However, I've run across a particular set of documents / metadata that is preventing the server from creating. This is the error from SDK: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
