When using ReportService.DownloadCompletionReportAsCSV  ReportService.DownloadUsageReportAsCSV   How can I specify the subaccount and/or subaccount users that I want information returned to for reports?

Until recently this worked with 1000 per page but NOW I had to do 250 to get it to work correctly, why?  I tried 500 and it failed just like 1000.  Are the OneSpan service side resources to consumed or what's going on that it now fails?

Hello, I am currently using VS Community 2017, I am set as a Manager within eSignlive, and I am in the US. I downloaded the .NET Usage Report.cs and put in the address https://apps.esignlive.com/api and I put in my API key.

Returns set of delegationEvents with EventID(?) arrays that contain 4 items below: eventDate, eventType, eventDescription and eventUser EventID example-> 699AK8PzZMg0 a) can you confirm this is not a SenderID ( can't seem to find a Sender using this for ID )
