Is there a known issue with OneSpan and Safari, and is the workaround to have the signer use another browser other than Safari?

Hi,
We can generate package but not signing ceremony token from Safari browser. So, we see that package id is generated but we can not generate token when calling from safari browser.
Can you please help for solving this issue?

I have been using this code:

And it is working fine on all browsers except Safari which throws an

We are displaying e-document in iFrame. On Safari, there was a known cookie issue described in https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/cookie-issues-on-safari/ . We are ok with it as long as it shows description and guideline to the client.

Hi,
With the default security settings on Safari "Allow from Current Website Only", our application is unable to open either the designer or signing ceremony windows in an iframe. The problem seems to be in setting/creating a cookie.

In our software we generate a package in the background then display an IFrame to the URL created with the package from the .net SDK. Right now I have only seen this in your sandbox.

Dear All,
I am getting the below error on the page loading iFrame in Safari browser:
Refused to display 'https://apps.e-signlive.ca/login?destination=/packages/UDZV56Wee-QC8OWLQp7oOXbD8_M=/sign' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.
Please let me know what is the problem.

Hi Team,
Our applicaiton uses the esign iframe to load the signing package and to capture the signature within our site.
We are seeing the below error in Safari browsers whenever the application tries to load the esign iframe. Can you please take a look at the error attached.
