Hi....
I followed the instructions to copy the layout/templates from the Sandbox to Prod environment and received the message that they were successfully copied. However, when I log into the account in PROD, the layout/templates are not there. I have attached a screenshot of the message

I was running the Copy tool to copy two templates Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney and Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney with Spouse and I keep getting this error. I tried copying All templates and 37 of 41 did copy over successfully.

I want to check more details about this event notifier (ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:DOCUMENT_CONFIRM), A signer has successfully confirmed a document. A
how I can know which document was signed? Will this event return any details about the document ID?

I have attached my JSON code.
I need OneSpan to redirect to a success link if possible after signing. I did some searching and found that instead it would be a button to go to the success page but a redirect is preferred.

I use the event notifier with a Iframe (https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/codeshare/esignlive-event-notifier) for couple years in my projet and when I have configure it initially the event to check for completion was ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE.
