Guys,
We are having an issue where a signer completed a transaction and then the transaction went into DRAFT mode. Is there a way to see a history to see what happened and what would have caused the transaction to go into DRAFT mode?

Guys,
I've ran across a feature that I cannot seem to test and would love to get some clarification on this.
If I have a signer who has 3 documents to sign. They sign two of the documents and refuse to sign the last document. We then remove the document from the package.

I am trying to list all transactions that have been done but in my GET https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages I only am getting the last transaction. It does not bring all of them. I am wondering if there is any id or role name I need to change for every transaction I post?
