Hi, I'm finding the language settings to be quite confusing and don't see a thorough guide explaining it. Here are some questions I have. If there is a guide, please point me in the right direction, else I'll need some help to understand the following.

Hi, Chinese is not working on package level. We have application and deployed the JAR file but Locale is not working for CHINESE. It is working for rest all Language. Dont know exact issue because it is Siebel Application and we can only deploy JAR.
