Hello, I am currently using VS Community 2017, I am set as a Manager within eSignlive, and I am in the US. I downloaded the .NET Usage Report.cs and put in the address https://apps.esignlive.com/api and I put in my API key.

Usage report for more than 100 packages per day for the sender

I was wondering if there is any way to pull more than 100 completed packages for each sender for a given day. I have one sender that completes more than 100 packages a day and the completion report only shows up to 100 per sender, unless I am missing something.
Is PackageID unique accross accounts?

I want to keep track of my customer's usage for billing. Do I need another key segment or is the PackageID globally unique? My customers will have their own accounts.

Is it possible to pass a pre-filled PDF into or with the usage of a template? That way we can use the template for signature placement but use our filling services to fill the rest of the data.

Hi Duo, when I use GET Packages API call response says I have total of X Packages but if I use GET account usage it tells me I have Y Packages and Y is almost double value of X.  I need accurate "counts" . . . Thx Mike

Hello, I was using OneSpan app report "Account Summary Report" the only report available from top level "Reports" drop down. The person I looked at had 1 x Draft +  1 x In Progress + 11 Complete for total of 13 Pkgs. There was also a count of 2 items "Trashed".

How frequently are the in-app reports updated? Both Transaction Reports & Account Reports. Is there documentation about this?
