I came across an issue today, we are receiving the in-correct document status when we try to check that from .NET SDK.
For Document 1:

Regarding Updates to Package data, there appears to be a date/time data field called "update". The Package also seems to have a similar date/time data field called "update" for Sender info contained inside a Package. Do these "update" fields get changed for any/all changes, or only for specific

Hi team,
Our client is asking what status a package would reach if there were ONLY recipients (no signatories in the package). Does OneSpan Sign system track when the recipients open the package? Does that count as “Complete” for that receiver?

Hi,
I been trying to get status' for my packages, but i am hitting a wall.
I am running the following using the owner API Key and attempting to retrieve packages that are owned by a separate sender:
