New Signer Experience: "Actions required" language on page

0 votes

We've got a form where one section is a radio button group. The "Actions required" language at the top of the New Signer Experience form is telling user there are 8 actions when in actuality there are only three because one of the actions is a radio button group. Is there a way to remove this language from the page? Please see attached.

Hi Esteban,

I believe this is because you've marked all radio buttons in the group as required. If you only mark the first radio button, it still functions as expected - during NSE, all fields displayed as required (*), and the "Actions required" counts correctly (2 actions as shown below).

3-22-1

So, if I mark the first option in the group as required the validation will work for the whole radio button group? Is that correct?

Hi Esteban,

Yes, mark any option in the group as required will fire the validation for the whole group.
