Known issues
Issue 37841 (Support case PS‑141444): Logon fails after updating Remote Desktop Web Access
Description: With the Digipass Authentication Module, OneSpan provides extended Microsoft web scripts with dedicated code. These scripts modify standard web page behavior to support OneSpan authentication. When updating Remote Desktop Web Access, the web script code can also be updated, and in some cases this update can be confused with OneSpan code contained in these scripts. This confusion leads to partially- or non-working web scripts and pages.
Status: To resolve this issue, restore the original web script status, perform the Remote Desktop Web Access update, and apply the OneSpan code changes. For more information, refer to the DIGIPASS Authentication for Remote Desktop Web Access Administrator Guide.
Access keys do not work across sections
Description: Access keys (underlined letters used together with the Alt key to move between controls) in the Digipass Authentication for Remote Desktop Web Access Configuration Center do not work properly across different sections. They only function within the section that has the keyboard focus.
Status: No fix available.

Issue OAS-7006 (Support case CS0049059): Authentication fails without additional information in case of password expiration
Description: When a user's static password has expired, the authentication attempt fails without providing additional information. Error messages on the logon page do not provide links to OneSpan User Websites.
Affects: Digipass Authentication for Remote Desktop Web Access 4.2–4.4
Status: This issue has been fixed. The corresponding section in the Digipass Authentication for Remote Desktop Web Access Administrator Guide has been enhanced and now mentions replacing/adapting existing pages and files with the provided template files as a requirement for displaying error message links.
