Hardware requirements

When installing DIGIPASS Gateway using the provided installation packages consider the following minimum hardware requirements:

  • Memory:

    • 2 GB for Microsoft Windows
    • 1 GB for Linux
  • 500 MB free disk space

Software requirements

The DIGIPASS Gateway service requires a web server or Java application server that supports Java EE 7. DIGIPASS Gateway has been successfully tested with the following web servers and Java application servers:

  • Apache Tomcat 9.0.90
  • Eclipse Jetty 9.4.51 (9.4.51-jdk11)
  • Open Liberty (23.0.0.3-full-java11-openj9)
  • WebSphere Liberty (23.0.0.2-full-java11-openj9-ubi)
  • WildFly 26.1.3 Final (JDK 11)
  • WildFly 15.0.1 Final

DIGIPASS Gateway can be installed using the provided installation packages that already include an Apache Tomcat web server. The installation packages are provided for the following platforms:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2022, 64-bit
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 64-bit
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 64-bit
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9, 64-bit
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8, 64-bit
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7, 64-bit
  • Rocky Linux 9, 64-bit
  • Rocky Linux 8, 64-bit
  • Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS, 64-bit

DIGIPASS Gateway integrates with OneSpan Authentication Server 3.21 or later.
