Virtual Mobile Authenticator OTP Request Website
With the Virtual Mobile Authenticator OTP Request Website, users can request a one-time password (OTP), which is then sent via text message to the users' mobile phone, or via email. To request an OTP, users need to provide their credentials for back-end authentication on OneSpan Authentication Server. Once the credentials have been successfully validated, the user will receive a confirmation message, and Virtual Mobile Authenticator will send the OTP to the user's mobile phone or email.
The Virtual Mobile Authenticator OTP Request Website can be used with primary Virtual Mobile Authenticator and backup Virtual Mobile Authenticator instances. Depending on the Virtual Mobile Authenticator type, users may need to provide their password or a keyword (or a combination of both) in addition to their user name.
