One of our customer is using a Iframe with one span sign URL embedded in .net 5 mvc web application. The problem is that if a user refresh the page they get an error access unauthorized your authentication token is incorrect. "Accès non autorisé. Votre jeton d'authentification a été incorrect." When they look at the token before and after the post, the 2 tokens are the same with the same URL https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken=... They were looking at implementing some JavaScript code to prevent the F5 or refresh button from happening.

Can one use the API to upload an excel document with tags in it?

I just discovered that someone in our Company is downloading the Document, printing it and having the Officer manually sign the Document rather than using the Web Site to Sign a Document. Yes. She created much unnecessary work for herself.

Hey team, We have a client who are asking this question: "I still have issue creating the transaction without the position X and Y. I tried assigning the layout but still doesn’t help. We want to avoid having to pass in the X and Y coordinate of the signer field and just use the template to automatically pick that up." Client was using .Net SDK and please share your inputs.
