.NET SDK

Hi. I have just started working with the API and the .NET SDK, because I wasn't able to add another signer from the sandbox WEB UI to a recently created transaction. This just occurs when one or more of the recipients have already signed the document. I tried to achieve this using the .NET SDK (you can find my code snippet attached) and even with the API directly, but I get an HTTP Internal server error. I wonder if this is really impossible, as I don't know the workflow of the system, or if there's another way to achieve this. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

We have a requirement to merge the singed document to create a report. for that we need to extract few pages of the Signed doucment. But we could see that the signed document is password protected for extraction. What is the password of the signed document created after users successfully sign the document.

Hi Duo, From last two days we are facing issue while first signer complete the signing. The continue button on eSignLive top menu which was redirection to our portal for further signing process is not visible. We don’t see the Continue button on Sandbox Environment since the weekend(snap shot attached). Is ther any build applied on Sandbox over the weekend. We already sent this issue to eSignLive Support but they didn’t fixed this issue till now. Although we already mentioned to them that this continue button is appearing perfectly on eSignLive Production environment. Thanks, A. Rathore

Hello, I'm trying to change a signer using .Net API's as below. The code runs perfectly but not sure if the change happened at eSignLive side or not.When the new signer try to access the document he gets an unexpected error.

Hello, I have generated the below esignlive token, but when trying to access it, getting this message "Your authentication token has expired. Tue Oct 09 15:54 UTC". I can access the package from esignlive portal but not from the generated URL. Can you please give me more details about the problem happened. Hello, I want to check more details about this event notifier (ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:DOCUMENT_CONFIRM), A signer has successfully confirmed a document. A how I can know which document was signed? Will this event return any details about the document ID? Thanks, Nehme
