REST API

Guys,

It has been a very long time since I've had to deal with a notary text seal that is generated from your system and I'm having a bit of difficulty. Is there documentation anywhere that talks about it or can anyone point me in the right direction of what is needed? I cannot remember if it is a binding or special field name, etc.

Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible to define a custom height and width of a field, especially the custom fields so that when the user drags and drops the fields, a particular height and width of the custom field is dragged on the document? Yes, the user can change the size but the only thing we want is a default width and height of the custom field when they are dragging for the first time? Please let me know, I am working on it.

1. I want to add a custom package id when I am making POST api/packages, please find below request response

Request:

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

Sorry! We couldn't find the transaction you're looking for. 
The specified package does not exist.

I can see the package in my dashboard, listing the two signers. I can even preview the PDF with the 'eye' icon, and see the signing fields highlighted. 

What else do I need to check?

I'm hitting the "/packages/" + packageId api call to get the package info and I've noticed that I am not getting all of the field information for the notary approval. I have radio buttons set up for one of my approvals and they are not coming through. Am I doing something wrong or is there an error with the api call I'm hitting?

I am developing a portal where you can see the latest transactions made in OneSpan, as well as the % of progress of the transactions, see the next person to sign and the possibility of resending the signature email to said person.

Is there any endpoint to the REST API that allows me to obtain the following data?:
- Data of the next person to sign a transaction
- Level of progress of the transaction (the number of signatures made vs the total number of people).
