I am working on a package that has both captures on one document. I'm using the handdrawn value for one and the fromfile for the other.
On the first approval using the handdrawn value, it works fine. I then go onto the fromfile capture approval and it works fine.
On the second page of the document I try to sign the approval with the handdrawn value and it pops up the sign box where you have to draw your own signature. I cancel out of there and test the fromfile approval and that works just fine.
I am trying to test creating a package and I'm getting this response from OneSpan:

Is there any way to unsuspend my sandbox account?

We are configuring KBA authentication and doing it in initial package creation call, it is working fine for kba-us provider while for kba-canada, we are getting the response as postal code and province cannot be empty. what might be the issue? please let us know.

Requirement: Need to retrieve the name of all available layout
Steps taken: we are using the GET/api/layout and providing the type as TEMPLATE
Result: we are able to find the count as 6, but only the recently created layout name is available(Attached screenshot). Did we miss something?

Requirement-While sending a transaction, we don't want the recipient to receive the mail with the url to sign.
Steps taken-We tried disabling the emailDelivery field, but still the recipient is able to receive the mail.
Thus, wanted to know if there is something else that can be done inorder to achieve our requirement.
