I'm trying to looking up the documentation for the POST /api/packages call within the Interactive API Definitions page in the sandbox environment, but when I click on this method, the page displays the following error:

Resolver error at paths./api/packages.post.requestBody.content.application/json.schema.$ref
Could not resolve reference: Could not resolve pointer: /components/schemas/Package does not exist in document

Attached is a screen dump of what's displayed at the top of the page.

It seems that there is no event notification for when an email is blocked. Say an email is used multiple times for a signer and that email bounces. Eventually it gets caught by OneSpan and is now "blocked" if that email is again used for a signer.

We still need to be notified that the e-signature invitation could not be sent, but the event notification for email bounced does not cover email blocked as well. Also, if i try getting the package, there does not seem to be a status or anything tied to the  package indicating "email bounced" or "email blocked".

Guys,

I am trying to work with the new signer experience and I am seeing a few issues that I am not able to resolve as there does not seem to be any documentation on how to set these items.

1. Expand the documents tab - this is closed by default. Is there a setting somewhere where we can have it open automatically?

2. Completion Message - Currently the system displays the thank you message that is set somewhere. Is there a way to get rid of the "REVIEW DOCUMENTS" button? Can we replace it or get rid of it all together?

Guys,

We just had an issue last night where it was December 22nd when a signer tried to sign a document. The stamp on the SMARTNOTE came out as December 23rd when it was clearly the 22nd.

When you pull the package information from your system the creation date shows this.

"created": "2020-12-23T00:32:02Z",

Our systems show that it was created on this date.

"2020-12-22 18:31:50.950"

Hello,

I am interested in creating a package with one document, which should be signed by one signer only.
No other signature is required on this document, by another person.
After the document is signed by this single signer, the package should be marked as Completed (PACKAGE COMPLETE).

Is it possible? And if yes, how could I do it?

Thanks,

Michail
