Hello Duo, I am getting again and again the following error during sending document to esign. {"technical":"65533","messageKey":"error.internal.default","message":"Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.","code":500,"name":"Unhandled Server Error"} is there any rule or standard for keeping space between multipart boundary when sending the document binary. Please find the attached file for the request sending to esign.

Our integration has the browser embedded within our app, and with it we have a fairly stripped-down look in the header area of the signing session. We would like to finish our signing with these 2 extra things I can't figure out: 1. suppress the Download links. There are 3 links displayed after signing is complete: "Download this document" in the navigation bar (green) and 2 more in the upper right corner (Download, and Download All files). We would like to turn off all 3 links. We fetch the signed documents behind the scenes. 2.

Guys, I am having a hard time finding information about setting the timezone for a date field that is captured when the signer is signing the document. Can anyone provide a link where I can find more information or possible provide a coding sample? Current when a signer signs a document, the field value is returned in this formation. "value": "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss 'GMT'". I'm trying to find a way to get this to either match our Notary user timezone or maybe set to CST for all. Thoughts, comments, expressions?

Sometimes (not always, depends on situation) we want to remove the default Authorization document. I would like to know how to do it with REST API using JSON and http calls to the server. In VB.NET we do this as follows: referenceToPackage = eslClient.GetPackage(packageId) Dim loAuthForm As Document = referenceToPackage.Documents(0) eslClient.PackageService.DeleteDocument(packageId, loAuthForm) In VB, we do this before adding our own document for signing.
