Hi We need to use IE with Enterprise Mode on. But eSign page can’t be displayed when ‘Enterprise Mode’ is selected(there is no problem to display the page when Enterprise Mode is un-selected). Please refer to the attached 2 pictures for details. Can you please let us know if any additional configuration required, or any code change needed on when using the REST API . Hello, I have a scenario that I would like to flag a package for future assessment from a third party individual. There is any way to add information to a package using REST API but is not present in any document, just behind the scene, like a metadata? If there is anyway, this would work also for packages in completed status? Regards, Felipe

I'm having trouble sending a PDF with text tags to the /api/packages endpoint. My PDF is sent as base-64 encoded, and that string is "pasted" into a document when it reaches my eSignLive account. I'd like for the string to be decoded, so that the new package contains a copy of my original PDF.

Hello, We have decided to utilize the event notifier to allow us to manage an integration with an in-person signing session to help us control our iFrame. We have it working great when there is a single signer, we receive the Signer_Complete event and from that we redirect our parent frame to our own completion page(s). However, we are running into a bit of trouble with joint signers. It doesn't appear there is a notifier for detecting when the Package is complete.

Does the signing url support authentication using SAML or some other means so that if someone gets access to the URL they wouldn't be able to use it without a valid token?
