Hello, I am having a problem where documents in the signing package appear to be ordered randomly during signing. We always send the documents in the same order. Is there any way to ensure the order of the package using the documents JSON?

Team, We have required to have the Auto signed by the user , i.e we wanted have a check box on the UI that says Acknowledge and when the user check's this box the Document should be marked as "Signed by XYZ on datatime" on a specified page . Please let know if this is possible. Regards Surya

Team, I was exploring REST API for one of our need, where, we need to download all the documents for all packages that has been completed for a given day. I see Reports option where you can git list of completed packages for a given day. I also see download documents option for a specific package. But I could not find where to mix both together, so that end result I would get a big zip file of 100s of documents of all package that has been completed for that day. Is their any such option with ESign? Can you provide possible guidance in this regard?

Hi All Hoping someone can shed some light on this. I'm using the esl text tags in a document i'm uploading. My package json which works fine. Hello, I'm having a hard time structuring my JSON payload to reflect what I want to appear in my package. The documents have already been merged with *MOST* data via another source, but I do need to add some information to one of the 3 documents being sent for signing. This means I cannot build a new package with a form, but need to use the existing PDFs and structure I'm uploading to esign live. In my opinion, the easiest way would be to use a text anchor, find the location I want to add the data, and then give it a value and have esign live write it in.

Hello Folks We have a requirement to authenticate the callback requests using a system user before we can process the callback. Apart from the callback key solution where we would have to combine username/password encrypted string, is there a way where esignlive would accept username and password separately from us, store it in encrypted form and send it along with the callback event? Hi I am trying to CreatePackage and upload using Rest APIs. Below is my JSON String and attached is the PDF. This used to work in may 2017. Now the PDF file is getting flattened ignoring signature blocks. Are there any changes post may 2017 for JSON payout for CreatePackage and Upload. Kindly take look and revert me.
