We have the need for users to fill out certain text during the signing ceremony - such as Name, Title, Company, etc. In our case, these wouldn't be auto-populated fields. What's the best way to ensure users are navigating to these fields for completion.

Is there any way to get the full date and time (with timezone) in the date field (Via document Extracting)? It shows up in the actual signature block, but we need to show it in a separate line as well and the time of signing is critical. So far we've tried : [sig1.fullname1.label1.{approval.signed}] [sig1.fullname1.label1.Date1] both with and without setting the adobe form field format category to Date with format "m/d/yyyy h:MM tt" but no matter what all we get is the date in "mmmm d, yyyy" format thanks, Dan

Hi, I am wondering if there's a back-office setting or configuration option that would force a signer to explicitly sign in every signature box instead of the current behavior - which is to collect the signature once and apply it to all signature boxes. List field created in template doesn't work on mobile browser other than build-in on Android. The list is just not 'tapable' - neither in 100% view, nor zoomed. Test results: - Chrome 55: fails - Firefox 50: fails - Opera 41: fails - Internet (built-in): works

Our company has requirement for document validation. Does eSignLive API have an existing function or method to return document( or file) checksum if provided packageId and documentId. So I don't need to download document on our side but just get checksum.

In the previous system (e-signlive.com) I was able to create enum list of all countries. In the new one, the list is cut after about 90 positions. Do you know any way to overcome that?

Hi, I have a requirement where I need to assign Signer details to a specific placeholder in a layout. How can I achieve this? So if I have a list of Signers and a list of placeholders how do I associate the Signer info to the Placeholder and apply that corresponding layout to the document? Furthermore if I have less number of signers than the number of placeholders(in the layout); I need to delete all the unused signature blocks from the main document to which the layout was applied. Currently the mobile UI (see attached) is only available on phones. Tablets present the desktop view of eSignLive. Is it possible to have the mobile view extended to tablets?

Hello, I am just getting started with eSign live and will start working on .NET integration in the next week or so. To get started learning about the eSign process I have created a couple transactions using the UI in the sandbox. I have created two transactions that have an in process status but neither event sent out an email for me to sign the document? I sent one to my company email which is exchange and another to and web hosted email account. Emails were not in Junk Mail folders. Would really like to see how the process looks / works end to end.
