Hello, Is there a way to remove the document navigation arrows? See attachment Thanks

We have embedded the prepare iframe within our application and ran into a little hiccup. We use a custom Send button to match our application, but we need to determine if a signature field has been added before allowing users to proceed. Is there a way for us to determine that? If not is there a way for support to change the appearance of the "Send" button that appears in the iframe?

We have the decline option enabled for our packages, but there doesn't appear to be any decline button visible in the mobile viewer?

In the mobile signing UI, at the bottom of the slide out hamburger menu, there is a blue Contact Us button that displays a pop-up with a contact phone number for eSign Live. How do we hide this button? Thanks!

We have the thank you dialog box for signing ceremony disabled for our signers, and it doesn't show up when you finish signing on a desktop. However the thank you messaging still shows when finished signing on a mobile device. Is there a way to hide this on the mobile UI as well?

Do you offer the ability for users to type their name and create an electronic signature? We only see Click to sign (which doesn't create a signature) and capture where the user must use the mouse. Thank you.

Hello, I are not using the iOS SDK, and instead loading the signing ceremony from the signingURL in web views on both iOS and Android tablets. The load times vary, and even with a one page document, there can be several seconds of a blank white screen, even after the page has already loaded, before the signing ceremony actually shows up. However, I noticed that when opening these urls on mobile PHONES, a mobile UI loads that is much nicer and quicker on mobile - this would work a thousand times better for us on tablets.

Hello, I've been looking through the documentation but I can't find what I'm looking for. Is there a document navigation for the signing ceremony in an iFrame similar to that of the mobile experience (see attached)? I'd love to have a document navigator on a desktop browser similar to the one in the attached image. Thank you for your time!

Is there a way to remove white borders around signature. It can be seen when signature (or field) overlaps with text or line in the document.

Cannot scroll down during signing ceremony on iPad when using iframe. Please see attached.
