I have a package that was sent out for signing and was completed successfully.  The member is now trying to access the documents to review for their records and have input their Q&A incorrectly too many times.  When I open my OneSpan Inbox and look into this package, this signer shows as "Locked".  There is no option that I can see to unlock this signer.  Can someone please advise on what to do so that this user can access his signed documents?
