to support team ) , but my concern is that since we are facing issue of event notifiers not working for us , will the Redirect URL still work after the session expires
My question is that just configuring the Redirect URL at account level is enough or does it need to work in coordination with the events (session expire) to get this
working

1) Send mail to support team to configure Redirect URL on the account
2) Send mail to support team to schedule session to get the event notifier issue resolved.

Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 02:55amHi Duo - My query was more on the email that user gets in mailbox to click and login to Onespan to complete the ESign process, The email id is going to be dynamic
based on the logged in users email , so not sure we can block such form support from Onespan team.Attached the same
Tried removing this required attribute with error in the request body .
Sorry abt the earlier post where i mentioned the The email attribute is below the Roles-Signers-Deilvery structure , the correct structure for the email
is Roles-Signers
