Everything works well now after having spent hours with our DevOps guys investigating issues. End to end testing is actually good since the first time but there're some settings in our firewall and web server.

Thanks for the quick response.
#1. I am using RESTful service to expose the resource like this, /api/sessions
#2. The signing URL is: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken=#{sessionToken}
#3. It's in SENT status.
I guess that probably the request was sent a couple times due to the improper behavior from some JSF component.
