Unhandled Server Error when declining an e-sign transaction?

See the attached files below. I got a ticket saying that after the user declines an e-sign transaction the user sees an "unhandled server error" page. Is this supposed to happen?

Note that I did all of this in a separate browser window. After clicking "Decline" I was immediately sent to the "Unhandled server error" page. I didn't refresh or anything like that.

Edit 2, after watching very carefully I do see the "Transaction Declined" page flash for less than a second before the website immediately moves to the "Unhandled server error" page.
