Salesforce integration

Hi, I have client who is asking the following question: We generate quotes in Salesforce and would like the generated quote to be used as the document that must be signed by the customer. It is not obvious form your help files if and how this can be done. I thus want to use the quote document/pdf generated by Salesforce as the document that must be e-signed through your system. How is this achieved? Appreciate your help. Thanks, Ray

Hi Ray, The work around is to save the PDF version of the quote to your computer and then add it to the eSignLive transaction. Currently, there is no way to add a (PDF generated) quote to a transaction directly. Please submit an enhancement request for your client if they want to add a quote directly to the transaction. This would improve the user experience for quote users. Cheers, Sherry
