Getting error=invalid_client_id&error_description=client%20identifier%20invalid

I am connected in production Salesforce to a Sandbox trial account. I keep getting this error if I try click 'New' to create a new package or template in the eSignlive App. I can create a new Convention without issues, though. I have tried different browsers and different computers, with the same result. Any ideas? Thanks!
