Using the .NET sdk, is it possible to update the handover Link after the document has been created and sent to esign.

You definitely won't be able to edit it after sending the transaction. To edit a transaction, it has to be in DRAFT mode. However, I have not tried editing a transaction's handover URL after someone has already signed. I will have to test this out and get back to you. Can you explain your scenario a bit more?
