Guys,
If I delete the Smart Note that is created by your system, is there a way to recreate it without having to create a whole new package?

Hi Ryan,
Do you specifically mean "Delete" action? Or generally asking about can you recover "unregister" or "transfer" or "paper out" actions? Could you explain a little bit more on your workflow so that I can reproduce it and consult our R&D team?

Duo,
I am working on a process that will remove all documents but the default consent. Since we are creating the documents on our end, if we need to replace a document or a bunch of documents, this process will remove all documents and then add the new ones. This saves us from having a create a new package each time we need to do this.
What I've noticed is that if I remove the SmartDoc via the api call, I am not able to add it back in. Let's say for example that I need to change a Loan Originator. I would need to remove the smart doc, before it's signed, and upload the new version. Since this is created by the API when I create the package, I am trying to find a way to do this without having to create a whole new package.
Hi Ryan,
Sorry for the misunderstanding at the first place!
After talking to our R&D developer, it seems that generating Smart Note process can only be triggered once when package creation. Given this circumstance, it becomes impossible to update SmartDoc after its automatically generated.
At the same time, I can help you fill in an Enhancement Request on this.
