Customize image on eSignature
Friday, October 30, 2020 at 11:38amIs it possible to replace the purple circle image on the signed document? I understand this is the OneSpan logo so thinking probably not - but we did have a customer ask about this. Thanks.

Unfortunately, for SaaS users, you can disable/hide the purple circle watermark beneath the signature stamp by contacting support team ([email protected]), but not to replace it.

Friday, October 30, 2020 at 02:59pmOk one more question on this. The customer is used to seeing e-Signatures from one of your competitors. That signature has a border around it and it says 'Dxxxsigned by' and it has some sort of identifying number they add. They are used to this and say it allows them to quickly visually verify a digital signature. I am not sure why the OneSpan logo can't serve just as well. But is there any possibility of allowing some type of customization on the signature appearance?
Thanks again as always for the helpful and quick responses.

Friday, October 30, 2020 at 04:17pmYes, instead of using a signature frame like our competitors do, OneSpan Sign uses the watermark as a visual indicator for e-signatures. However in real practice, you don't really reply on visually verification to tell whether the signed signatures are valid, instead, you would open the signed documents in Adobe Reader like below:
Few tips to facilitate your verification process:
(1)Sealed certificates are listed in "Signature Panel", click on them navigates you to the spot where you've put the signature
(2)"Highlight Existing Field" displays a border to the e-signature when you hover on it
If you click on each signature — a popup states if the signature is valid, and provides further details about the signature's status.
