Close the signing ceremony tab when user click "Done" button
Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 03:13pmWe create a package from our Salesforce API and redirect the user to signing url in case of in person signing.
Now, we want the tab to auto close once they click on done button as shown in attached screen. By Closing the tab, browser will take them to the previous tab and it will result in better InPerson signing experience.
Can we do that?

Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 03:49pmHi amunjal,
Unfortunately, clicking Exit button to close browser instead of reroute to handover URL is not really supported. As a workaround, you may want to hide the Exit button and customize the message on thank you page to instruct users to close the browser themselves by clicking on the close button from browser. You'd contact support team ([email protected]) to have this configured at your account.
On the other hand, we can still raise your suggestion as an enhancement request if you preferred.

Request you to please raise the suggestion for enhancement.
Also when we create a package as inPerson signing, can we stop emails to go out to customer?
It just causes confusion for customer, they signed inPeron but still have the email in their mailbox to sign the document.

Sure, I will vote on behalf of your organization in the roadmap system.
To stop invitation emails at in-person transactions, you'd contact support team([email protected]) and have an account level flag "Disable InPerson Activation Email" turned on.
