Hi, we are not receiving callbacks on packages that expire and we're trying to determine if it's an issue on our end. Does OneSpan keep logs of callback events that fail?

Yes, support team can search for callbacks via logs going 30 days back.

Before you filled in a support ticket, you can do a quick check if the account's email has received a failure email with subject of "OneSpan Sign Callback failed" around the time when the package expired, this email should include the callback payload as well as the failing reason. If you haven't received such an email or you want to further investigate the failure reason, you can contact support team ([email protected]) with necessary information.
