Trouble Setting up Laserfiche - Connection Profile

We were able to get Onespan option into Laserfiche but there was a problem in creating a new connection profile.

Hi Sam / Hrushi,

Please make sure the Laserfiche user (which you are logged in with) is a part of the group named "OSS_Admin". 

For more details, please look into the installation guide, page 4. 

Let us know if that does not resolve the issue.

It is already a part of OSS_Admin. Can we get a web conference going tomorrow or Wednesday?
