documentExtractError with IRS form
Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 09:58amHi. We are getting the following error when we try and create a package.

The PDF form we are using is actually an IRS form which I have attached.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your post!
If I uploaded the PDF directly via the sender UI portal, it can be successfully uploaded, hence I believe the error message should be related to the extraction method you are using.
-Are you using automatic extraction method to place fields and signatures?
-Can you share the corresponding code where you specified the extraction?
