Laserfiche Install - Receiving Syntax Error
Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 11:05amWe are receiving the following error after clicking onespan in Laserfiche webclient:
Error - SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list
They were able to verify they do have the correct OSS repository groups, along with the OSSInfo DB. Checking their webconfig shows the password is encrypted.
Can you provide some assistance?

Try "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" in your browser then try again.
If this does not work, then reinstall the "Web Access" module of the integration once again.
if all these does not work, then we take it from there.
