I am using the apex sdk with language='fr' option on the package, email to the signers comes in french but upon clicking the link where it takes you to the login page, it always shows in English.

Code:

//create package

OneSpanAPIObjects.Package_x pkg = new OneSpanAPIObjects.Package_x();

pkg.name = Title;
pkg.autocomplete = true;
pkg.description = 'Sample Description';
pkg.due = System.now().addDays(30);
pkg.language = 'fr';

Hi Mahesh,

Thanks for your post! From your description, it sounds like that the recipient is a sender under your account where your account has been enabled sender force login. Could you confirm this is the expected use case? If this is the case, the sender login portal's language preference can be cached in the cookie. That's to say, if a sender uses the same device to login and sign the e-signatures, the login page will be displayed in French after the initial manual selection.

Hi Duo, Do you mean to say if the recipient is not a sender in our account they will get the login page in french? Or would they still have to select the language manually first.

Hi Mahesh,

You can have a quick try sending a transaction to an external signer, they will be redirected to signing ceremony without the login.
